  4. Session Platforms & Confidentiality

    All tutoring and coaching sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom or another approved platform. Zoom sessions use encryption and standard security features to help protect privacy. We do not record sessions unless you give clear written permission in advance. If a session is recorded by agreement, the recording is for your personal use only and is never shared publicly.

  5. Payments

    Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as Stripe and WooCommerce). SLP Tutor does not store your full payment card details. We only receive confirmation of payment and basic billing information needed for records. For online course purchases, payment confirmation triggers automatic enrollment and course access through our learning platform.

    We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to:

    • Request deletion of your account (note: this will remove access to courses, certificates, and CEU records)
