Effective Date: 05/13/26 Welcome to SLP Tutor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session, purchasing a course, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

   SLP Tutor offers educational services for speech-language pathology students and professionals, including:
   • Online Courses: On-demand video courses, focused modules, downloadable study materials, quizzes, and certificates of completion delivered through our learning platform at SLPTutor.com.
   • Tutoring & Coaching: One-on-one tutoring, Praxis preparation, academic support, clinical skill-building, and professional development coaching delivered via live video sessions.
   All SLP Tutor services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you need clinical services, please contact a licensed provider in your area.

2. Online Course Access

   Upon completed payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased course content. Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase:
   • Full Courses: 6 months from the date of purchase
   • Focused Modules: 3 months from the date of purchase
   • Free Courses: Unlimited access
   Course access expires automatically at the end of the access period. Expired access cannot be extended or transferred. If you need additional time, you may repurchase the course at the current price. Course content — including video lectures, downloadable materials, quizzes, and certificates — is provided for your personal educational use only. You may not share login credentials or provide access to your account to any other person.

3. Continuing Education (CEU) Tracking

   SLPTutor.com provides contact hour tracking for completed courses through your account. Contact hours are recorded upon course completion and are available on your CEU Transcript page. SLPTutor.com courses are independent continuing education offerings and are not approved by or affiliated with ASHA’s CE program. Contact hours documented on this platform reflect completion of structured professional development content taught by Dr. Joy Musser, PhD, CCC-SLP. Please verify your state or employer’s requirements regarding accepted continuing education documentation before enrolling.

4. Session Delivery & Security

   All tutoring and coaching sessions are conducted securely via Zoom or another approved virtual platform. Zoom sessions are protected using encryption and standard security settings to help ensure privacy and confidentiality. You are responsible for:
   • Joining sessions from a private location when possible
   • Using your own secure internet connection
   • Not sharing session links with others

5. Scheduling

   Tutoring and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance through our booking system or by direct arrangement with SLP Tutor. Times are reserved specifically for you and only honored if payment is received 24 hours before your session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   We understand that schedules change. Please review the cancellation policy carefully:
   • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time: You will generally receive a 100% refund for that session or the session may be rescheduled. Refunds are provided at the reasonable discretion of SLP Tutor.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session time: These are treated as a no-show. The session is forfeited and no refund will be provided for that session.
   • No-shows / missed sessions: If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.

7. Packages & Expiration

   Tutoring Packages: Session packages are discounted bundles intended to be used within a reasonable timeframe. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, packages should be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions after expiration may be forfeited. Online Courses: Course access periods are set at the time of purchase (6 months for full courses, 3 months for focused modules). Access expires automatically and cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.

8. Payments

   Tutoring Sessions: Payment is due in full at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your session is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Online Courses: Payment is due at the time of purchase. Course access is granted immediately upon completed payment. Your access period begins at the time of purchase, not at the time you first access the content. By purchasing a session, package, or course, you authorize SLP Tutor to charge the payment method you provide. 9. Communication

   Primary communication will be through email or the methods listed on our website. Please allow up to 2 business days for responses (often faster).

10. Intellectual Property

    All materials provided by SLP Tutor — including video lectures, course content, downloadable PDFs (lesson summaries, worksheets, quizzes, answer keys), slides, templates, handouts, study plans, certificates, and digital resources — are the intellectual property of SLP Tutor and Musser Therapies, LLC. These materials are licensed for your personal educational use only. You may not:
    • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials to others
    • Share, resell, or publish any course content, videos, or downloadable materials
    • Record, screenshot, or capture video lectures or course content
    • Share your account login credentials with any other person
    • Use course materials for commercial purposes, including teaching, training, or resale
    Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your course access without refund.

11. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SLPTutor.com account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hi@SLPtutor.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. SLP Tutor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, including sharing account access or course materials with unauthorized users.

12. Limitation of Liability

    SLP Tutor makes no guarantees regarding exam outcomes, grades, employment outcomes, clinical performance, or ASHA CEU acceptance. Results depend on many factors including your effort, baseline skills, and program or employer requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLP Tutor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services, courses, or website.

13. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
